Came across this cosy cafe and I was lucky to visit when it wasn’t busy, I got to enjoy the food slowly and feeling relaxed. I had pulled pork sandwich - it was great, so good that I demolished the entire plate. I was eager to try their cake selections, so I got a takeaway for their carrot walnut cake and brownies, they were nicely packed and travelled well. I had them a day after and they were still moist and delicious. Staff were really friendly and chilled, such a cosy cafe and love the no fuss vibe. Just order at the counter and wait to be served. Compared to the other cafes around the area, this cafe is a gem and hits the spot. Highly recommend!

Chill and cozy cafe with great music. The place was quiet and comfortable, suitable for both large and small groups. There are also some items not listed on the menu but available, such as icecream cups, brownie, scones, carrot cake and basque burnt cheesecake. Smoothies, refreshing juices are available too! Ordered the piccolo latte, matcha latte with oat milk and brownie. Everything tasted great. Loved the vibes here, staff is very friendly, very relaxed and pleasant place to spend time.
I am so happy with this cafe because they have vegetarian friendly options in their menu. It’s so difficult to find cafe like this. Most cafe has only spaghetti for vegetarian. But I found, burger, sandwich , spaghetti options here. The mushroom cheese sandwich was yummy. This one bit in pricier side but totally worth it.
Such a lovely spot for breakfast! The big breakfast is not only super filling but also really well balanced — a great way to start the day. And you absolutely have to try the ice cube coffee! It comes with frozen coffee cubes, fresh milk, and syrup on the side. As the cubes slowly melt, the flavor and texture change with every sip, making it a fun little surprise each time. Plus, the café is located inside a British colony–era building, and the mix of old charm with a modern twist creates a wonderful sensation for both the eyes and the atmosphere. Friendly vibes, great food, and definitely worth coming back.
If you only have time for one café in Ipoh, make it this one. We ordered ice cube coffee, pork belly rice bowl, Pork buddies spaghetti! Everything is so good!! You can truly feel the care and effort the chef puts into every dish.
Had the pork burger with pesto sauce in a soft charcoal bun. Very nice. Chips were a bit salty. Struggled to finish them but ate most because didn't want to waste. Better if they left out the salt, then we can sprinkle on the desired amount ourselves. Young team was friendly and seemed to work well together. Good job. Overall ambience was pleasant. Pleased that they have several green approches - wood block instead of plates for serving, self service condiments instead of sauce plates. Furniture was all wood from old furniture instead of new. On the back of this experience, I will likely return to try other menu items.
Food is ok relative to price. You have to go to the counter to order and pay first, before food is served. Drinks were served pretty quickly and the matcha latte was very good.
